Our 2023 honey was all liquid white (light and very sweet). The year before we had a mix of amber, golden and liquid white, so we aren't sure what 2024 will bring. We just know it's always been delicious.
All of our honey is single-sourced from our bee yard in the Ottawa valley and small batch processed.
Our honey is all natural and will eventually start to crystallize. To learn more about why natural honey crystallizes, read more here. If you prefer your honey liquid, please order for deliveries in September or October.
