All of our honey is single-sourced from our bee yard in the Ottawa valley and small batch processed in our new honey processing room. 
 
The bee yard was heavily trafficked by a local bear in 2024 damaging the colonies and setting everything there back quite a bit. 
 
The good news is that our updates to the fences kept him away this season. Our 9 bee colonies produced more honey than we've ever had before and it is delicious!
 
Our honey is all natural, unpasteurized, and will start to crystallize. If you prefer your honey liquid, please order for deliveries in September or October, or let us know and we will warm it up to re-liquify it for you.
